I've finally bought a dress and shoes for D&D! I've yet to find accessories to go with the whole outfit. I think simple gold bangles (and lots of it) will do just fine.. I'm sooo looking forward to D&D! 5 MORE DAYS!

Speaking of D&D, I can't wait for the fasting month to begin. You'll get to eat good food, good food and more good food! Too bad there's no bazaar in Bugis, if not I'll buy 10kg of Dengdeng! *giggles*

Anyhoo, it's my off day today and "someone's" working the night shift. Freaking bored ah. But it's ok I'll find ways and means to entertain myself. To start things off, I'm gona laze around and do absolutely NOTHING. Heh.

I can't thank you enough for all the things that you've done for us. Though you may be naggy at times (and you know it), somehow I'll miss all that coz it's like a morale booster. Heh. Don't worry, we'll give Marco that same support we gave you. And I won't say goodbye coz eventually we'll see each other again. fireworks gazing

Went D&D-dress-hunting today. Initial plan was to check out the outfits over at No. 1 Costume but had to ditch the idea as it was raining rather heavily. Headed down to Raffles City and saw a dress from Warehouse that really caught my attention but the price was waaaaay too expensive man! Even after staff discount, it's still way, way over my budget. Guess my last straw would be at No. 1 Costume. Hopefully there's pretty dresses there. ;)

B and I then went to Suntec to grab a bite coz I had a sudden hunger pang for pastas! Yum! Chilled for awhile and walked all the way to Esplanade to watch the fireworks. The place was jam-packed with lots and lotsa human beings! Picked a spot over at the bridge and waited for what feels like forever for the fireworks to finally appear! Got a tip from someone that it'll start at 9pm.. Huh padahal-padahal! *winks*

Managed to snap some pictures so enjoy la eh..

mummy gone wild!

Ever since the Olympic games started, my family has been tuning in to every single game showed on air. And right about a few minutes ago, my mum did something really funny! You'd probably wouldn't believe what my mum did!

We were watching the gymnastics part where the girls would be doing dome gymnastics moves while throwing either hula hoops or ribbons up in the air. Apparently, my mum was so in the mood, she decided to throw Irfan's pillow high up in the air! All this while sitting comfortably on the sofa! Feeling-feeling gymnastics la gitu..

It also happens to be one of my ex-secondary schoolmate's birthday. So Happy 21st Khadijah! ;)

Anyways, work has been good so far. But I'm still stressed over what to wear for D&D. I'm contemplating between buying or just renting an outfit for that day.. (Balik-balik contemplating, bila nak habis da?? *giggles*)

Yesterday, I attended Product Seminar and for the ice-breaking part, we had to paste a piece of paper on our backs and go around mingling with people whom we've never spoken to before. After which, that person had to write about their first impression of us on that piece of paper. And guess what one of the guys wrote on mine?

A big fat "ARROGANT"!

Joan then said, "Maybe he wanted to say CONFIDENT." And I just shrug it off. I mean why should I be bothered by this? That person obviously don't know nuts about me and truth is that I was lazy to start a conversation and I randomly told him to write something on my paper just so that we could get the game over and done with. In the end I got this... Whatever la! I don't give a hoot anyways. ;)

I'm actually on a very PMSY-mode right now so pardon the randomness. Heh. Alright gota go now coz my back's being sucha bitch. Nighty-night!
