Selamat Hari Raya Aidiladha!!!

Though it doesn't really have that festive feeling, you still get to eat good food and meet all your family members...

And today is not just about celebrating Aidiladha but my cousin's birthday as well...

I was typing my report in the store room at work when I heard a little girl's voice blabbering some baby language...

I think I'm sick!

Been coughing and having blocked nose for 2 days already...

And I don't sleep well coz I'd suddenly wake up in the middle of the night, sweating like a pig...

B's sick, too... Sehati sejiwa la kan... =)

No choice but to take that never-will-work-but-I'll-eat-it-anyways Panadol to ease whatever that I'm feeling right now...

singin' aye aye yippee yippee aye!

Yesterday's assesment was like NERVE-WRECKING la kan!!!

I came like 15 minutes earlier and was doing some last minute revision...

Then when they were about to start briefing, Mr Coen Tan came into the storeroom to look for me!!!

Damn, I'm doomed!!!

So he brought me out and we sat down at MOS Burger... I ordered large fries and ice peach tea... I was soo bloody damn nervous that my throat actually hurt with that combination of fries and peach tea!

Throughout the theory, I think I did quite well for some part, but just sucked at the rest! And the best part was, I didn't know what the hell I was rambling about!!! I had absolutely no confidence in my answers... The "whatever that's in my head, my mouth will say another...." thingy had the best of me!

The longer we were there, the more I was shivering like mad... The place was damn cold, plus I couldn't stop drinking that peach tea, which actually made me shiver even more!

When the theory part was done, Coen told me to go back to the shop for the second part of the assesment... So we were at the cashier counter and he told me to demonstrate some things... He only asked 2 questions and I actually felt that I screwed up on both! Coz the questions that he asked was no where near to what we would do normally... After which, he told me we're done...

He went in to the storeroom to discuss with Cecilia on my overall performance and I was called in shortly after...

He said that throughout the whole assesment, he found that I'm a "thinking" kinda person... He asked whether I enjoyed learning new stuff and all... Of course I said yes! Which idiotic person wouldn't like to learn new things, right?

And then came the moments of truth..........














I PASSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

90% la!!!

When I looked at the scoreboard, I didn't know whether to cry or just scream...

I was sure that I cocked up some way or another but I actually didn't expect that I'd get such a high score!!!

ALHAMDULILAH...... =)

Now I feel like crying... Tears of joy la katekan...

But I'm afraid I won't be able to handle this kinda pressure yet...

But bak kate pepatah b ku: "Yakin boleh!"

Kla gotta go...

My back is killing me and I'm starving...

Off to B1 where our bike was... Started the engine... Wore the helmet... Sat on the bike...

5 minutes later (but it feels like 10, and we got to see free drama some more!)......

In the end, I came up with the idea of eating the famous Tanglin Halt Hainanese Chicken Rice!!!

So I quickly smsed Karmila, no reply... Then smsed Yati, she said it's behind Darulsalam Mosque, Clementi Ave 3 (it's actually Ave 2)... Luckily I'm familiar with that area (maklomla dulu kite budak west side... Hehe..)...

When we arrived, didn't know that we had to go up to the counter to order coz no one came to us to take our orders... So silly me went to the other side and was told that we had to wait for like 25 minutes for the steamed chicken...

In the end, it was all worth the wait coz the taste is still as "oishi" as last time! But I was quite disappointed when they didn't give me any skin.... What's steamed chicken rice without the skin???

I have a very interesting story to tell you...

B just started his duties last Saturday...

And he told me about this "accuse", who's a prostitute... She was detained coz of robbing her clients (client da bayar pon tak cukop, kene rompak lak.. ish ish ish)...

Then the men in blue (ie police, duh?), asked her how she managed to rob her client clean...

The prostitute told them that she rubbed a little drug on her nipple (yes, her NIPPLES!) and when the client has stoned, she quickly grabbed his things and run away.....

When I heard this, I was like "Woah!"... I thought the only possible way of drugging (is there such a word?) a person is by putting the substance inside his/her drink...

But no.... Not for this clever prostitute... Haha...

Oh ya... Do you remember on my previous post (previous months' post), I told you about my cousin who's going to hold her wedding at my place?

It'll be on the 29th and 30th December... And I'm like sooo not looking forward for this day... If you read my previous post, you'll know why....

And I just got to know that my cousin has stopped working (upon her fiance's request) and that most of the things are sponsored by the fiance!

When that ended, he bought a pair of jeans and wanted to get it altered...

So I was at the counter, processed the payment and documents for alteration...

Before I knew it, I was happily folding the jeans, put it in a carrier and GAVE IT TO HIM!

*smacks forehead*

It took me like a few minutes to realise the mistake and I tried to call him but the fellow didn't pick up his phone!

He came back eventually and I apologised profusely (ceh tu part da bedek)....

Kakak said there goes my chance of "upgrading"...
